He also ranked 71st nationally in the REB Top 100 Agents, placing him among the country’s elite performers.
Now in its sixth year, the REB Top 50 is one of the most credible benchmarks in Australian real estate. Compiled by independent research firm Agile Market Intelligence, the ranking recognises agents who have demonstrated exceptional performance across a range of metrics, including sales volume, settlements, average sale price, market expertise and client service.
The recognition follows a strong year for Adrian and the Adrian William team. During the 2025 calendar year, Adrian settled 116 properties across Sydney's Inner West and Inner City, generating almost $199 million in sales and achieving an average sale price of more than $1.7 million, with homes moving in an average of just 25 days.
That result comes amid a changing property landscape. According to REB, Sydney's market reached a cyclical peak in August before moderating towards the end of the year, with affordability pressures continuing to influence buyer behaviour across the city. Despite these conditions, the state's top-performing agents collectively improved on their 2024 results, settling more than 6,100 properties worth $16.2 billion.
REB Editor Liam Garman noted that this year's ranking highlights the calibre of agents operating across NSW and the ACT, praising their ability to achieve strong outcomes in an evolving market.
"The results in this year's ranking demonstrates the high quality of agents in NSW/ACT and their ability to attain such strong results in a changing market," Garman said. "At the heart of their success is providing stellar customer service and balancing vendor expectations with changing buyer preferences."
