Real estate runs in Gianpiero's family. Watching his father build a career spanning nearly 35 years was all the inspiration he needed. He started part-time at 17 while making pizzas at Little Italy, went full-time at 18, and never looked back. Approaching a decade in, it remains the only career he's ever truly known.
His approach is fairly simple: help first, strategise second. He communicates honestly, stays in constant contact, and never sidesteps the conversations clients need to hear.
Long-term, he wants to build something lasting: a real estate office with a trusted name in the community. He's already working toward it.
