Samantha Moloney

Samantha studied architecture at the University of Sydney, driven by a desire to understand how people connect with space. That spatial design mindset now shapes her real estate work in ways traditional paths simply can't. 

Calm under pressure and meticulous by nature, Samantha brings a rare combination of creativity and precision. During lockdown, she channelled those strengths into launching a clothing label, sewing every garment by hand. It taught her the art of execution: turning concepts into reality and exceeding client expectations.

Off the clock, she’s either at her sewing machine or hunting down the Inner West's best-kept secrets: galleries, markets, restaurants worth finding. Surrounded by makers and doers, she’s found the community that feels most like home.
