Terms & Conditions:

  • The property must be located in the Newtown 2042 postcode
  • The property must be listed in an Exclusive Agency Agreement with Adrian William Pty Ltd in conjunction with Stafford Property Services Pty Ltd
  • The property must be an on-market listing, including being published on Domain and realestate.com.au platforms
  • The property must be listed before 31st January 2026 and exchanged before 28th February 2026
  • All properties listed and sold by Michael White that meet the above criteria will be in the running, and the winner will be drawn at random
  • The winner will be required to pay the selling fee as agreed on the Exclusive Agency Agreement to the selling agency upon settlement, and it will then be donated in its entirety to the Chris O’Brien Lifehouse
  • The donation will be made in the name of the winner, and they will be entitled to any tax deduction applicable as a result of the charity donation
  • Vendor-paid advertising costs, repairs/improvements, or staging costs will still be payable by the winner and will not form part of the donation
