The REB's state-based Top 50 ranking honours high-performing agents dedicated to achieving exceptional results for buyers and vendors across many campaigns. Championing agents whose commitment and skill produced outstanding results in the challenging market conditions that spanned across 2023, the 2024 ranking is determined by comprehensive data that includes the ratio of listings to sales, the value of residential settlements, average days on market and years in the industry.
REB's Top 100 Agents recognises the highest-performing agents in residential real estate nationwide. Spotlighting agents that have distinguished themselves in their local area, traded a high volume of listings and provided service that goes above and beyond for their clients, this ranking weighs the performance of agents in the context of the 2023 market. Housing stock levels dropped nationally, and surging interest rates put pressure on the borrowing capacity of buyers while adding mortgage stress to owners; these conditions impacted national figures, but the Top 100 agents demonstrated resilience and a commitment to excellence.
Trading 118 of the 121 residential properties he listed in 2023 for more than $167,000,000 in sale value, Adrian is humbled to be recognised as one of the top agents in the state and the country. Adrian started his real estate career in 2005 and has worked in the Inner West market ever since.
