As we move into the new financial year, it’s safe to say the Adrian William team has had an exceptionally busy 12 months. A standout year in our growth as a company, we reflect on what we’ve achieved on our journey so far and look forward to what the coming years will bring.
Over the 2023-2024 financial year, we facilitated the sale of 394 properties, marking a significant 55% increase from the previous year. This sales growth reflects the high demand across the inner city from buyers and sellers and underscores our clients' trust in us. With a year-on-year increase of 139 sales, we’re proud to have achieved life-changing results for so many families and helped them make the best start in their next chapter.
We hit a key milestone this year, having sold 1000 properties since first opening our doors in 2020, and are honoured to have welcomed so many new faces into our local community. Throughout this journey, we’ve reached and maintained a competitive rank as the #1 of 265 agencies in the region, according to Domain. On top of that, four of our agents have been ranked as the top traders in their respective areas, achieving the highest level of sales in the suburbs. Joseph Lombardo in Lewisham, Joseph Ferreira in Hurlstone Park, Kate Ferrante in St Peters and Namir Mikha in Petersham have set themselves apart as market leaders with the support of the whole Adrian William team behind them. Joseph Lombardo's reputation for excellence transcended his local market to be recognised by the REB in their nationwide 50 Top Dealmakers 2023 ranking, where Joseph came in at an impressive #35. Director and Principal Adrian Tsavalas was also humbled to be recognised in the REB Top Agents rankings, where his substantial market share and incredible results across the Inner West in 2023 earned him a place among the Top 50 Agents in NSW and Top 100 Agents in Australia.
We're also grateful to have strengthened our media relationships over the last 12 months. Working with Forbes Australia and Acme Mag to share our next-generation approach to real estate and numerous auction features in The Daily Telegraph and Sydney Morning Herald has been humbling. Additionally, we’ve been nominated for multiple real estate awards, including being recently named finalists in the Communications category and the Residential Sales Team category in the REINSW Excellence Awards. These features and accolades are a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team and the buyers and sellers who have put their trust in us.
One of our proudest accomplishments during this time was the meticulous restoration of an iconic heritage-listed building, now our new headquarters, in the heart of King Street. Taking place over 18 months, it was no small feat, and we’re honoured to contribute to the character and charm of the vibrant Inner West, ensuring it remains a place we’re all proud to call home. As our team has grown from 26 to 37 members, expanding across sales, property management, and marketing, this new space couldn’t have come at a better time. With unique expertise and passion, each new team member has bolstered our capabilities and deepened our community connection, allowing us to better serve the demands of the dynamic Sydney real estate market.
As we look to the next 12 months, we are filled with gratitude for the support of our clients and the wider community. It drives our continued innovation and commitment to exceeding expectations.
